A classic Organic Spring Oolong from Bermiok Tea Estate in Sikkim. The tea has all the characteristics of an excellent first flush tea with silver tips. The cup has a lovely floral finish with notes of geranium and lilies.

Brewing Instructions: Always use fresh water. Bring water to boil. Take one teaspoon of tea leaves in a cup. Pour the heated water and steep the tea for 4-5 mins. Adjust the time of brewing as per desired strength. Leaves can be steeped multiple times till it gives flavour.
Tea Master Recommendation: Always use fresh water. Do not use re-boiled water. Can also be made on the gas stove. Always use a stainless-steel container and not an aluminum one to make tea on the gas stove. Enjoy it hot.
About the Tea Garden: Bermiok Tea Estate is a boutique tea garden in Sikkim which produces outstanding Organic tea. It is run by a second-generation tea planter Nikhil Pradhan. The tea garden has the distinction of being the youngest organic tea estate in India and is the second tea estate in Sikkim. The tea garden has Ambari special and Clonal bushes. The organic teas produced by the garden have a rich aroma and woody taste.
