Order Processing & Dispatch
We will dispatch all the confirmed orders received by 5 PM IST within the next 2 days. If a courier service is not available for a particular place in India, the products will be sent through India Post. We do not work on Sundays and the orders received on Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.
Arthavya Fine Teas requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the order by Arthavya Fine Teas and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Shipping charges are not included in the sales price as they vary from place to place and as per the weight of the product. Based on the product you select, shipping charges are calculated and will reflect in your shopping cart while you check out before you make the payment. Octroi charges and any other such entry tax would be collected from the consignee where applicable.
We work with reliable partners like DTDC, Track On, Aramex, BlueDart, Om Logistics & FedEx depending on the location of the customer.
An e-mail with complete shipping details of the order along with airway bill of the courier service will be sent once the order is shipped.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Cancellations have to be made within a maximum 24 hours of placing an order. Once you receive the confirmation mail, you’ll not be able to modify or cancel your order.
A formal email specifying the Order Number has to be sent to us within 24 hours of placing the order. A cancellation fee of 10% on the invoice value will be charged and the balance will be refunded within 14 working days of cancelling the order. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request.
Unfortunately, with a product like tea we are unable to provide a return policy. Online orders cannot be returned. We regret the inconvenience.
Return Policy for Teaware and Gifts
We at Teacupsfull work relentlessly towards customer satisfaction and strive to provide an exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience to our customers. If incase, you receive a product that does not match with the product ordered, we offer easy cancellation and returns for that. Please return or exchange any such item in new and unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of any product which has been opened or used. The refund for your order will only be done after the receipt of the returned goods at our fulfillment centre. Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.
You can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to email@example.com within 30 days of the purchase. Be sure to attach images of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Our customer care team will get in touch with you promptly to ease you with the entire cancellation process. The return shipping costs will have to borne entirely by the customer.
Charges for Multiple Units
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered, the programme adds up the individual weight of all products and the charges are calculated as per the total weight of all the products. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged as per the total weight of three individual products, which is calculated by adding the individual weight associated with each product. The shipping charges are then calculated as per the total weight.
Delays may happen due to conditions or circumstances beyond our control, which may include situations arising out of strikes, fire, arson, riots, earthquakes, floods, etc. However, at the time of delivery, when the recipient of the gift is not at home, if the address is incorrect or has been changed, we will take maximum efforts to deliver it. Please note that our maximum liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price in case of non-delivery, only if the error is on the part of Arthavya Fine Teas.
Wrong Shipping Address Liability
Arthavya Fine Teas will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us about a change in the receiver’s address within 24 hours of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. All charges for the repeat delivery attempt at the corrected address will be collected from the consignee. But in no circumstances will the product be changed.
