Tea grades produced in Darjeeling

Darjeeling is famous for the tea it makes, the history of which dates back to the 1800's. Today there are 87 gardens that manufacture Darjeeling Tea. Besides Black Tea, the estates in Darjeeling also manufacture, White Tea, Moonlight White Tea, Oolong Tea, Green Tea and speciality tea.  

Whole leaf, broken leaf, fanning, and dust – Darjeeling produces just about every grade of black tea and other types of teas, too. Common grades associated with Darjeeling tea include:
