How much caffeine does tea really have ? - Tea cups full, Teacupsfull,

The level of Caffeine differs with each type of tea. Some of the variables that need to be taken into account are - the cultivar of the plant, type of tea, the season of plucking and infusion time.

The approximate caffeine content in various teas are:

*Assuming 5 oz or 100 ml of water is used per brew
