Who should have this tea?

What is Oolong Tea?
It’s made from the leaves of the camellia sinensis plant, the same plant used to make green tea and black tea. The difference is in how the tea is processed. It is made from the partially oxidized leaves of the plant.
The process of oxidation is what creates green, dark, or oolong teas.
Sip it if

  • - You want to loose weight
  • - You are looking at an alternate to black or green tea
