    Great tea, all flavors are present even if u seep the same tea bag a couple of times. The sweetness is good. Thanks for the 'free' delivery, I got myself 100 bag box, tht she keep me happy for 50-60 days. Good n fast delivery.     Focus more on delivering quality not on packaging, I think if you provide more "quantity" by curbing an unnecessary expenses on 'packaging' it would be better for customers who are not giving too much importance on 'packaging'
    In my case I really don't have any use of green tea box which any way I m going to throw,if you could deliver green tea in that plastic bag only I would be more happy cause the tiny box is unnecessarily & increase my cost, I am concerned with tea and not with box.

    1. What is the shelf life of the product?
    All TeaCupsFull teas are packed in zip lock pouches and air tight tins and have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of packing. The date of packing is mentioned at the bottom of the boxes.
    2. Why are TeaCupsFull teas good?
    We use superior grade whole leaf green teas and blend these with top quality natural spices and herbs. All the spices and herbs are treated and dried before blending. We do not use artificial flavours, essence or oil in our blends. We buy our teas directly from the farmers and blend these in small batches to retain the freshness and flavor.
    3. Why are your tea bags pyramid in shape?
    We use whole leaf teas in our tea bags. We don’t use dust tea. Pyramid shape tea bag has enough room that allows the whole leaf teas to unfurl extracting maximum health benefits and aroma.
    4. Can your teas be steeped twice?
    We use whole leaf teas for our blends and you can steep the tea leaves again. Just remember to steep the brewed leaves longer for 2nd and 3rd cup. Just keep adding water as long as you get the flavour.
    5. Is your green tea bitter?
    No. Our teas have 0 bitterness. We use good grade of green tea, hence our teas are not at all bitter. Bitterness comes from using lower grades of tea like dust tea. Over brewing can lead to some bitterness. Brew green tea just for 2-3 mins.
    6. What else can I do with the tea leaves?
    You can boil the leaves and do steam inhalation if you want, else put the brewed tea leaves in your green plants at home. The brewed tea leaves act like a natural fertilizer.
    7. Are there any side effects of the tea?
    No there are no side effects of the tea
    8. Can I add milk to it?
    No. Green teas are enjoyed without milk.
